General Administration

The General Administration Office handles all general correspondence within and outside the Hospital.

  1. Managing the postal services of the Hospital.
  2. Processing of reports for signing by the Chief Executive.
  3. Processing of introductory letters for staff for various purposes.
  4. Addressing internal and external administrative enquiries.
  5. Processing doctor's log books.

 

 The General Administration Office handles all general correspondence within and outside the Hospital.

Functions:
 
  • Managing the reception of the Central Administration of the Hospital.
  •  
  • Filing and retrieval of official documents/correspondence and coordinating all administrative activities in the Hospital.
  •  
  • Managing the postal services of the Hospital.
  •  
  • Processing of reports for signing by the Chief Executive.
  •  
  • Processing of introductory letters for staff for various purposes.
  •  
  • Addressing internal and external administrative enquiries.
  •  
  • Processing doctor's log books.
  •
